Our integration experts will help meet any of your specific integration requirements to integrate with other applications or data conversion issues.
Onboard – During this phase, we will help you migrate any existing and remaining data, establish connections with other applications (if required) and setup users, user roles and permissions to meet your specific security requirements. Once the system validation is complete, we will offer training for administrators and other user roles.
Sustain – During this phase, we provide full support to ensure your maximum user satisfaction, perform any additional training of your company’s personnel, perform a post-deployment review, and plan for any on-going support, mentoring, and guidance for the continuous improvement of KPIs.
