ReverseHub receiving process with validations can start from variety of information including serial numbers, IMEI number, order number, shipment tracking number, RA number, Customer number among others. Returns Rule Driven Qualification and DispositionReverseHub enables configurable qualification processes that will guide users through pre-specified steps, to inspect the returned goods; to record the characteristics of the condition of the goods; to perform actions such as product grade changes, determination of repair/refurb requirements, managing credits, debits and processing charges for financial management, and to determine the final disposition of the returns. User can select to qualify products at an individual unit level or in a batch. Associated work ticket will capture all data, actions and transactions performed during qualification process for visibility and audits. Repair and RefurbishMany times it is much cheaper to repair instead of replace and refurbishment of used products can increase the product value resulting in higher margins. ReverseHub solution enables planning and execution of repair and refurb operations. Return qualification process can determine that the returned product needs repair or refurb based on the rule setup. Once the product is disposed as requiring repair/refurb, Repair Order transaction is created and product is tracked through the entire lifecycle of repair/refurb operation taking into account the inventory availability of components and other constraints. These repaired or refurbished products can go back to customer, manufacturer or to a secondary sales channels via grade change to generate additional revenues. |

Financial Settlement - Credit, Debit and Processing Charge ManagementReverseHub enables common financial settlements for returns including credit issuance to customers, tracking debit charges for the costs of the return processing, and related processing charges in case of the 3PL services. User defined qualification rules can determine if a product is credit-eligible and calculate the necessary credit amount. This credit calculation can be used to issue applicable credits to the customer. It tracks the credit issuance against the RA and provides validations to avoid multiple credit issuance for the same returned product. ReverseHub will also track Debit Charges including shipping and handling charges, restocking fees, and ineligible return creating debit transactions against a return. In addition, a third-party returns processor, such as a 3PL, will charge service fees based on the amount of effort required to process the returned products on behalf of other parties.
